Welcome to the Curriculum page of Daybridge International School. Our academic program spans from Primary Grade 1 (Year 1) to Form V (Year 11), offering both the London Edexcel syllabus and the Local English Medium stream to cater to diverse learning needs.

Primary Education

Our primary education program focuses on building a strong foundation in core subjects such as English, Math,  and Science, and Social Studies. We incorporate interactive and hands-on learning methods to engage young minds and foster a love for learning.

Secondary Education

At the secondary level, we provide a rigorous curriculum designed to prepare students for higher education and beyond, including opportunities for O/Level and A/Level qualifications. In addition to academic excellence, our programs emphasise personal growth, leadership development, and career exploration, ensuring a well-rounded education that supports students' future success.

Extracurricular Programs

In addition to academic studies, we provide a wide range of extracurricular activities to enhance students' interests and talents. From sports and arts and many more, our extracurricular programs promote holistic development and social skills.

Library

Both the Primary and Secondary Sections have dedicated library facilities and scheduled library periods. Additionally, students can access the library during free periods.

Swimming

Swimming is part of the school’s sports curriculum, and students from Primary level onwards can participate.

Cricket

Cricket practice is held every Monday after school for students interested in joining.

Football

Football practice is held every Wednesday after school for students interested in joining.

Basketball

Basketball practice is held every Tuesday and Wednesday after school for students interested in joining.

Athletics

Our athletics program offers students the opportunity to participate in a variety of sports and events, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth. It is conducted every Tuesday and Thursday (6.00am - 7.20am)

Dancing

Dance practice takes place every Wednesday after school for our Secondary students.

Chess

We offer chess as an after-school program for both Primary students (Tuesdays) and Secondary students (Thursdays).

Netball

Netball practice for the Secondary girls' team takes place every Monday.

School Band

The School Band holds practice every Friday after school for Secondary students interested in joining.

Debating

In our Debating Club, students are encouraged to think critically, speak confidently, and develop strong leadership skills through structured debates on a variety of topics. The club helps students build essential communication and analytical abilities while fostering teamwork and respect for diverse viewpoints. Sessions are held every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Karate

Our Karate program offers students the opportunity to develop discipline, focus, and physical fitness while learning self-defense techniques. Training is held afterschool for Primary on Wednesday (2.30pm - 4.30pm).

*Please note that dates for the after school extracurriculars are subject to change depending on availability of coaches / school events / exams etc. 

Clubs & Societies

We also offer a variety of Clubs and Societies for students to join based on their interests. We believe in providing every child with multiple opportunities to engage in these extracurricular activities, fostering their overall development alongside academic growth.
